This qualification is designed for team leadership or supervisory job roles in loss adjusting in a range of insurance organisations. Possible work functions may include: analysing claims trends and recommending strategies for improvement, collecting and analysing evidence, conducting claims investigation, determining risk rating, developing business plans and monitoring operational performance.

How Is The Course Delivered?
Here at the Academy we understand that you may lead a high stress and fast paced life regardless of the industry you are currently in, so this course is delivered and completed ONLINE and is SELF PACED so you can Superman or Snail through, the choice is yours! The point being, you complete your much needed qualification regardless of current circumstance or time restraints from where ever you are in Australia.
You may also be eligible for RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL). If you have previous experience in the industry then you may be able to cut down considerable time in regards to your new qualification. Self paced means you can fit study in with your lifestyle. There are NO DUE DATES on assessment and NO EXAMS. The average time it takes to complete this program is six months when studying 16 hours per week. The more time you allocate to study the quicker you can achieve your qualification.
You will have access to our highly qualified industry experienced Trainers who can provide you with guidance to assist you with completion timeframes for each unit to suit your study goals! You also have access to these Trainers throughout your study period to answer any questions you may have or help you overcome any stumbling blocks you may encounter.

Just like our other graduates, you will conduct Loss Adjusting assignments on behalf of Insurers, Corporations, Government and individuals.
Loss Adjusting Investigations include Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident Compulsory Third Party, Public Liability, Stolen Motor Vehicles and Boats, Home Burglary and Arson.
Corporate Investigations include racial discrimination, sexual harassment, theft, fraud, employee fidelity, back ground checks and enact surveillance on behalf of clients when required. Individuals aggrieved by earlier Insurance decisions may request you undertake on their behalf family and business related loss assessment services.
